Buyers grab 133 Cape hotel condos in first day
Buyers reserved $112 million of hotel condominiums in one day at Cape Coral's first such project.
At a drawing Saturday afternoon, 133 people plunked down $25,000 checks to Grosse Pointe Development Co. to buy units in The Resort at MarinaVillage in Tarpon Point Marina. The reservations accounted for three-quarters of the 19-story tower.

This is an entire eveing of ALL ORIGINAL music from LOCAL artists!! Spanning R&B, Folk, Country, Alternative, Rock, Pop and Punk all stripped down and acoustic!

Terry Lynn 7:00-7:45pm
Shades of Grey 8:15-9:00pm
Point of Entry 9:30-10:15pm
One Perfect Minute 10:45-11:30pm
This is an all ages venue, it serves food and has a decent beer and wine menu and the cover for the evening is only $5.00.
There is quite a bit of original music here and we want to turn everyone on to the fact that there are talented musicians and songwriters right here in your own back yard!
