Background:	Charles Runnells from the Ft. Myers News Press newspaper describes Prying Eyes as fierce wall of double bass drums & shredding guitar. Prying Eyes consist of 5 band members. Doug provides the fierce wall of double bass drums. Dan & Phil provide the shredding guitars. Drew entertains the audience while showing off his many bass guitar maneuvers. Earl never misses a beat on vocals, even when he launches himself into the mosh pit. In a Cape Coral Breeze newspaper article, written by Jenny Elig, Dan is quoted We love music. We eat, breathe, sleep music. In that same Breeze article, the band lists some of their favorite influences such as Black Dahlia, Pantera, Unearth, or pretty much everything. 2005 Accomplishments: 4/05 Winner of local Battle of the Bands 9/05 Winner of the Cape Corals Coconut Festival Battle of the Bands 10/05 Winner of the Skatezone Battle of the Bands in Lake Worth 11/05 2nd place winner of Battle.
